With everything you need for both long or short term stay, we know this will soon become a fave destination. With ample street parking and a dedicated stall in the back, travelling with multiple vehicles isn't an issue. Enjoy walking to Our daily Brett- a local restaurant, or take a quick bus ride into Downtown! On site laundry makes this location perfect for longs stays.

**For a stay of 20 days and more, we require a mid-stay clean ($150) **Please do not flush any other product apart from the toilet tissue down the toilet. Thank you **Any signs of smoking of any kind & illicit drugs on the premises: $250/assessed per situation. Please make sure to go outside for any smoking needs. **Strictly "no parties" allowed and any noise violations past 10:00 pm will result in a $250 fine and eviction.
